Christ Ahnsahnghong nim and God the Mother are waiting for

"Mom! I told you not to wait for me outside, but you've come again.
What if you get her in the dark? Mom, don't your legs hurt?
Starting from tomorrow, please don't come out!"

These words are from the writing titled "Waiting," and are what the writer's aged father said to his mother who was waiting for him at the outskirts of his village everyday until he come back from his work at the farm. The writer's grandmother took her cane and walked a long way to the entrance of the village whether it was a rainy or windy day, and waited for her son [ the writer's father ] for hours until she could see his cultivator.

The grandmother waited for the father who went to work at the farm; the father waited for her daughter who went to work at an office; the daughter became a mother and waited for her daughter who went to school... Though the children have grown up and know how to take care of themselves, the parents always wait for their children to come back home safely.
No matter how much time has passed, the love parents have for their children never dies.

In September, when Chuseok the major Korean holiday comes, numerous parents miss their children all the more, waiting for them to come to their homes.
Hoping that no child fails to participate in the affectionate family gathering, delightfully talking about this and that and having a wonderful time, parents wait and wait for their children to come home.

Heavenly Parents (Christ Ahnsahnghong nim and God the Mother), too, are waiting for the day when all the heavenly children gather, delightfully conversing in the heavenly home without even one child missing.
