Christ Ahnsahnghong from the East

The Country in the East, at the Ends of the Earth

The Bible prophesies that when Jesus comes to the earth a second time, He will come on a cloud, which represents flesh, the same way He was prophesied to come the first time. In the same way, there must be prophecies that testify where He will appear when He comes again. At the time of His first coming, Jesus Christ (Jehovah God in the flesh) was prophesied to come to Bethlehem. Like this, the Bible also prophesies about where Jesus will appear at His second coming.

Isaiah 24:15-16Therefore in the east give glory to the LORD; exalt the name of the LORD, the God of Israel, in the islands of the sea. From the ends of the earth we hear singing: ‘Glory to the Righteous One.’”

The above prophecy reveals that God’s chosen people will give glory and praise to God who is in the east. When we read this chapter in Isaiah from the first verse, it is clear that this prophecy is concerning the last day, when God will ruin the earth’s face and will burn up all of its inhabitants. When God banishes all of the gaiety from the earth, a certain group of people will shout for joy and will give glory to God who dwells in the east. This means that in the last day, God will guide His chosen people from the east.

Then, where is “the east”? First, we have to establish a point of origin. Isaiah prophesied from the country of Israel. Thus, “the east” must be a land east of Israel.

God Will Come From the East

Isaiah 41:2Who has stirred up one from the east, calling him in righteousness to his service? He hands nations over to him and subdues kings before him…

The above verse states that God “has stirred up one from the east.” Since it is prophesied that kings are subdued before “the one,” he must be a man of great power. Then, who is “the one”? If we continue reading the same chapter from verse four, we can come to know the identity of “the one.”

Isaiah 41:4Who has done this and carried it through, calling forth the generations from the beginning? I, the LORD with the first of them and with the last I am he.”

The one whom God “has stirred up” refers to God Himself. This prophecy means that God Himself will come, in the flesh from the east.

In Isaiah chapter 46, it is written:

Isaiah 46:11From the east I summon a bird of prey; from a far-off land, a man to fulfill my purpose. What I have said, that will I bring about; what I have planned, that will I do.

The prophet Isaiah again wrote concerning “the one,” characterizing “the one” as a bird of prey arising from the east, from a far-off land. In the Bible, the bird of prey (or eagle) represents God (Dt 32:11; Ex 19:4). Since this “bird of prey” coming from the east describes a man who will fulfill God’s purpose, it is very clear that God Himself will come to the east as a man in the flesh. However, exactly where in the East is He coming to?

The Angel from the East

The New Testament also displays the coming of God from the east to save His people before the last disaster.

Revelation 7:1-4After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth to prevent any wind from blowing on the land or on the sea or on any tree. Then I saw another angel coming up from the east, having the seal of the living God. He called out in a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm the land and the sea: ‘Do not harm the land or the sea or the trees until we put a seal on the foreheads of the servants of our God.’”

John, the author of Revelation, saw the angel from the east carrying the seal of God. Even though it is portrayed as an angel, we can understand that this angel is God, for He carries the seal of God—something that only God Himself can carry. At the time of this prophecy, where was Apostle John when he saw God coming from the east?

Revelation 1:9 I, John, your brother and companion in the suffering and kingdom and patient endurance that are ours in Jesus, was on the island of Patmos because of the word of God and the testimony of Jesus…

From the Island of Patmos, John saw God coming from the east. Now, if you follow the parallel 37° latitude line to a far off land in the east, at the ends of the earth, to its farthest corner, there is no other place but South Korea. Russia is to the north, India is south, and China is in Central Asia. Even Japan, though located in the east, is not part of the mainland but an island. Therefore it cannot be the farthest corner of the land.
It is only South Korea that is located in the east, at the ends of the earth. Thus, the Second Coming Christ is prophesied to come to South Korea, in the east, at the ends of the earth. In accordance with the prophecy, Christ Ahnsahnghong came to South Korea. The World Mission Society Church of God, departing from the fixed ideas of men, firmly believes in Ahnsahnghong as the Second Coming Christ because He fulfilled all of the prophecies concerning Jesus’ second coming.

South Korea: the Holy Land

Although Israel was a small country 2,000 years ago, it was the holy land where God chose to come to. Likewise, although South Korea is a small nation at the ends of the east, it is a holy land, appointed as the place where God would come to for a second time.
Please accept Christ Ahnsahnghong, the Second Coming Christ, who came to South Korea, from the ends of the earth in the east as prophesied in the Bible.
